We’re passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our customers and believe working with us should be easy. Our sales team, as the first point of contact with the company, play a key role in making this happen.


Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Senior Account Manager will lead our Premier Accounts Team focusing on our top 250 customers based in London.

Successful candidates will have a fantastic attitude and their energy will carry the team to achieve (and overachieve!) targets on a day-to-day basis. They will be disciplined, brutal about driving efficiency and never tire of leading the team on the floor each day. This person needs to be able to juggle multiple sales functions within their team, so the ability to manage to several KPIs at once will be key.

We are looking for someone who is able to develop account plans for our top customers, identify growth opportunities and motivate our team of account managers to provide a world class service for our key customers.

The role will also require a sales focus where you will have full remit to pursue larger enterprise packages and break into a new frontier for the company.

We are looking for someone who can make a major contribution to the future of Rated People with the ability to scale the sales team well beyond where it is today. We expect this individual will bring passion, positivity and humility to their role as well as have a strong focus on numbers, be able to roll up their sleeves and offer constructive solutions supported with data to enable us to move quickly.


  • Lead our London-based Premier Account Team on a day-to-day basis
  • Hit ambitious sales targets and offer new ideas for how to go even further
  • Retain our customer base and grow their account
  • Meet with key customers and develop presentations identifying growth opportunities
  • Drive the efficiency of the team by managing KPIs (e.g, retention, account plans, growth targets)
  • Coach the team on how to improve their calls and conversion


  • Great leadership skills, always leading from the front as a player/coach
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Experience selling into regional and national businesses a plus
  • Demonstrated sales leadership potential
  • Ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Resilient – able to push through challenges that naturally come with growth
  • Open, humble, friendly person who is proactive and keen to develop
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
